§ 167.002. Storage, removal of refuse

Sec. 2.

(a) Every person in charge of any dwelling, business, or manufacturing establishment shall provide an adequate number of approved refuse containers in which to store all refuse created on the property.

(b) No person shall store refuse in the front of their premises except in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter [Part].
