Sec. IV.

(1) The grantee shall construct a distribution system capable of carrying a minimum of 21 television channels.

(2) The grantee shall maintain its cable system in a manner consistent with current technical operational requirements of the F.C.C. and to prevent system obsolescence and keep abreast of the "State of the Art".

(3) The grantee shall at all times comply with the rules and regulations of the Federal Communications Commission, the State of Michigan and the City of McBain.

(4) The construction and maintenance of the grantee's distribution system shall comply with applicable electrical safety standards of the National Electrical Safety Code and utility practices.
