Sec. VI.

1. In the event of grantee's failure to comply with any provision of this Franchise, the City shall issue a notice to the grantee requesting compliance within 60 days from the date of notice. Should the grantee fail to comply, or fail to provide a satisfactory explanation, the City may upon its option hold a hearing to determine facts and as a result thereof may cancel the grantee's franchise.
